  2. Welcome Visit with a PETCON Concierge – One of our team members will visit your home to ensure it meets our safety and security standards. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions and receive expert advice on preparing for your sitter.
  3. Complete Your Member Profile – Share important details about your home and pets to help us match you with the perfect sitter.
  4. Match with a Sitter – We’ll connect you with a trusted, approved sitter based on your needs.
  5. Meet & Greet – Arrange a meet-and-greet with your sitter before confirming the booking.
  6. Relax – Enjoy your time away knowing your pets and home are in safe hands!

For Sitters

We’re looking for reliable, experienced sitters who love animals and take their responsibilities seriously. To join, you’ll need to:

  1. Complete an application
  2. Provide references
  3. Complete identity and background checks
  4. Undergo PETCON’s training and onboarding program

Once approved, you’ll be part of a professional, supportive community with access to training, resources, insured bookings and ongoing support.

At PETCON, trust and security come first. As part of our commitment to high safety standards, every new homeowner booking includes a welcome visit from a PETCON Concierge.

During this visit, we:

  • Assess home and pet safety to ensure a secure environment for both pets and sitters.
  • Guide you through your Member Profile so we can match you with the perfect sitter.
  • Provide expert tips on preparing for a smooth and stress-free pet-sitting experience.
  • Answer any questions about the PETCON process, sitter expectations, and insurance coverage.
